Veteran outside linebacker James Harrison is scheduled to visit the Arizona Cardinals on Wednesday.

Arizona's 3-4 defense gave new life to veteran John Abraham in 2013, but injuries and offseason moves but a dent in the Cardinals' front seven.

Defensive lineman Darnell Dockett (torn ACL) is out for the season and inside linebackers Karlos Dansby -- signed with Cleveland in free agency -- and Daryl Washington (season-long suspension) aren't available.

Harrison, 36, played in 10 games with the Cincinnati Bengals last season.

The 2008 NFL Defensive Player of the Year has 66 career sacks and 29 forced fumbles, mostly during his time with the Pittsburgh Steelers (2004-2012), when he helped one of the league's top defenses win two Super Bowls.
