We still have to endure one more hot day Thursday with highs climbing back into the upper 90s.
Showers and thunderstorms are expected along the cold front as it blows through Thursday night and early Friday morning. We could see isolated severe thunderstorms that could produce damaging winds and some hail.
Skies should clear from north to south during the day Friday and high temperatures should only reach the middle 80s.
Enjoy a nice "cool" morning Saturday with lows around 60. Fair skies with highs in the middle 80s Saturday and near 90 Sunday are expected. Partly cloudy skies and lower 90s are forecast for Labor Day.
