Dry conditions will continue through the end of the week

ABILENE, Texas -

The dry conditions we've seen this week look to continue through the weekend.

After a chilly start Thursday morning in the upper 30s temps will reach back into the mid 60s by the afternoon.

Light south winds will continue Thursday with a mix of sun and clouds.

Partly cloudy and chilly on Thursday night with temperatures down to around 40.

We keep a partly cloudy sky in the forecast Friday with temperatures in the mid 60s.

Mid 60s stay put through the weekend with more cloud cover building in.

The next chance of rain will still be on Monday of next week.
