A cold snap arrives on Tuesday thanks to a strong cold front moving across the country.
A cold front that moved into the Big Country Tuesday morning will keep temps in the mid 40s all day long.
Strong north winds will blow from 20-30 mph for much of the day with clouds moving into the region behind the front.
A few showers are possible today and tonight, but nothing stormy is expected.
Tuesday night temps will fall into the 30s and a light freeze is possible in our northern counties as skies are expected to clear.
We will see continued clearing on Wednesday with highs reaching into the upper 50s.
Some clouds return on Thursday and temperatures reach closer to normal into the mid 60s.
