There is a good chance of severe storms developing Tuesday night in areas around and east of Abilene.
Tuesday will be windy and warm with highs back into the mid 80s with gusty south winds from 15-25 mph.
The dryline will bisect our region lining up around Abilene this evening allowing for the best storm chances around and east of Abilene.
As a cold front pushes through the area overnight severe storms will likely form and move east across the region.
Greatest storm dangers include damaging winds and large hail, but an isolated tornado is possible as well.
Storm chances will push east by late Wednesday morning and temps will stay in the mid 50s on Wednesday.
Look for a light breeze out of the north and a partly sunny sky.
