Julie Phillips: Rain chances lasting through Saturday
We will track at least a chance of rain Friday through this weekend.
We will see temperatures near 70 Friday afternoon with a mostly cloudy sky and windy conditions out of the south.
With a weak disturbance we may see a few light showers throughout the day, but storms are not expected.
Mostly cloudy Friday night with mild temps near 60 with breezy southeast winds continuing.
As storms develop in the Panhandle we may see a few isolated thunderstorms reach into our northwestern counties.
A Pacific cold front should move through the area during the day Saturday bringing the chance to see a line of showers and storms form.
Behind that front look for a clearing sky with temps in the mid 70s and strong west winds.
Severe chances look to be limited to our eastern counties.
A cold front moves in overnight Sunday dropping temps to the mid to upper 50s with breezy north winds.
A few light showers will be possible Sunday as well.
