Showers and storms are likely Wednesday across the Big Country and Concho Valley.
We are tracking a disturbance through the area Wednesday morning that have left areas with generally .1"-.3" of rainfall.
A cloudy sky all day with on and off light showers will keep temperatures in the upper 40s and low 50s across the region.
As the main upper level system and accompanying front pushes east across the area overnight look for a strong line of storms to move through from midnight to about 7 a.m.
We could see some severe storms develop as well that could produce large hail and gusty winds.
It will be mostly sunny for the rest of Thursday though with warming temperatures in the mid to upper 60s with strong west winds at 20-30 mph.
A cold front moves through late Thursday night allowing for a freeze Friday morning and temps only in the low to mid 50s Friday afternoon.
