Tracking Easter rain chances
A cold front will bring slightly cooler temps and rain chances for Easter Sunday.
Increasing clouds tonight will keep things mild, with temps only cooling to around 60.
The cold front will drop through the region during the morning hours. We're tracking the chance for showers and storms as this front moves through. The best chances for rain will be in the morning with things likely clearing up by late afternoon. Behind the front, look for slightly cooler temps with highs in the mid 70s.
Overnight we'll see mostly cloudy skies with temperatures cooling into the low 50s. Monday, look for highs in the upper 70s. Increasing clouds are back in the forecast as a storm system approaches from the west.
Overnight Monday showers and storms will develop ahead of this system. A cold front will stall across the region making for a cool start to the day Tuesday. After starting in the mid 40s, the showery weather will only make for a modest warm up with highs warming into the upper 50s.
Temperatures will cool into the low 40s overnight, with the rain chances continuing. A strong cold front will sweep through Wednesday morning with temperatures cooling into the low 40s.
Wednesday highs will make it into the low 50s with a 30% chance of scattered showers and storms. Rain chances will start to end overnight as the storm system begins to move east.
We'll start your Thursday in the upper 30s before making it into the mid 60s. By Friday we're into the 70s. Saturday, back to around 80.
