We are tracking a low pressure area on the west coast Tuesday evening. As this system moves east over the next few days, it should help to bring a weak cold front into our region on Friday.
We could see some showers ahead of that cold front during the day Friday. Thundershowers will be possible Friday night as the cold front moves through.
In the meantime, look for gradually warming temperatures and mostly fair skies for Wednesday and Thursday. Lows Wednesday morning should be in the 20s, but afternoon readings should be around 60.
Low temperatures Thursday morning are forecast to be in the 30s with highs in the middle 60s.
It should be mostly cloudy, breezy and mild Friday with highs in the 60s. Again, we could see some needed rainfall Friday.
Fair skies with windy conditions and slightly milder temperatures are expected for Saturday. Another low pressure system is expected to move in Monday and bring back strong winds.
