Tracking a cold front set to move in on Wednesday
We are tracking our next cold front set to move in early Wednesday afternoon that will bring us some cooler weather for the end of the week.
Expect breezy southwest winds to start the day on Wednesday with temps mild in the mid 60s.
The front will move into the Big Country by late morning and move out by the evening hours leaving highs in Sweetwater and Snyder only around 80 and in the upper 80s around Brownwood and Brady.
Cold air filters in overnight Wednesday leaving us with temps in the upper 40s to start the day on Thursday.
Thursday afternoon looks beautiful with temps staying in the mid to upper 70s with a sunny sky.
Friday we continue to see milder temps in the upper 70s with a sunny sky.
The heat back on this weekend as we return into the upper 80s.
