A cold front helped create strong to severe storms that moved through much of the Big Country Monday evening.  This front is forecast to create more showers and thunderstorms as it moves farther south into our region Tuesday.

Severe thunderstorms will be more likely in the Concho Valley and Heartland Tuesday.  Showers and thundershowers are expected for the Big Country.  Some locations could received more than one inch of rainfall before this ends late Wednesday night.

Showers and possible thundershowers should continue for Tuesday night and Wednesday.  Rain chances are forecast to end from west to east Wednesday night.

Temperatures will be noticeably cooler into Thursday.
