We are tracking a stormy start to the day on Tuesday with showers and storms moving through the Big Country.
An upper level disturbance will continue to push northeast across Texas keeping rain chances in our forecast through about noon.
Any storms that do develop through then have the capability of producing small hail.
Snow is expected to fall around Lubbock and through the Panhandle.
While we don't anticipate any significant snow falling in our viewing area we can't rule out a few flakes mixing in with the rain in our northern counties late Tuesday morning.
A cold front will move in on Tuesday leaving us with breezy north winds and keep temps from reaching over 50 degrees.
Cold air moves in overnight and temps will fall into the low 30s with a mostly cloudy sky and northwest winds from 10-15 mph.
Wednesday it will be mostly sunny and with northwest winds temps will stay cool in the upper 50s with a mostly sunny sky.
