We're tracking a clear night Sunday with lows falling into the low 50s. Variable winds will be seen throughout the evening around 5 mph.
For the start of the work week, look for lots of sunshine. A cold front will work through the area during the day with many climbing into the low 70s ahead of that front. Folks in the Concho Valley and Heartland will likely see the upper 70s and low 80s. Most of us won't see any rain from this front but there is a slight chance for scattered showers in the Heartland.
We're tracking a much cooler start to Election Day with temperatures in the low 40s. Things will warm up quickly and be back into the upper 70s by the afternoon.
Dry weather and a warming trend will mark the rest of the week. Afternoon temperatures will be back into the low 80s by Wednesday and stay there through Friday. Nighttime temperatures will drop into the mild mid to upper 50s.
We're tracking a return of moisture in the form of increased cloud cover on Friday.
Saturday, look for mostly cloudy skies with highs in the upper 70s and lows in the upper 50s.
A cold front looks to move through the area during the early morning hours on Sunday bringing with it an increase in rain chances and cooler temperatures to end next weekend. Highs Sunday will only climb into the upper 60s, much closer to normal for this time of year.
