ABILENE, Texas -

We tracked an upper level disturbance through our region Tuesday.  This system brought us clouds, but all the showers - as expected - passed well to our south.

Look for fair skies for Tuesday night and Wednesday.  Lows Wednesday morning should be around freezing - so keep you tender plants protected.  The nice sunshine Wednesday should help push afternoon temperatures back into the 60s.

Clouds are expected to return Thursday with partly cloudy skies forecast for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  We are tracking an upper level disturbance that looks to bring back showers and thunderstorms to our region Monday.

Temperatures should continue a slow moderating trend through Sunday.  Look for lows around 40 Thursday and back up to 50 Sunday.  High temperatures should be in the 60s Thursday, Friday and Saturday with lows 70s likely Sunday.
