Tracking warm weather followed by a big cool down
We'll see a warm, breezy start to the week followed by below normal temps.
Sunday night we're cooling down into the low 60s with increasing cloud cover.
Clearing will take place throughout the day on Monday and hot, breezy weather is right back with us. Highs will warm back into the upper 80s and low 90s with sustained winds at 15 to 20 mph. That means fire dangers will continue so make sure you're avoiding anything that could start a fire.
Overnight Monday, temps will fall into the mid 60s. Breezy winds can be expected, from the southeast at 20 to 25 mph.
Tuesday begins with more clouds before clearing out. We're tracking a cold front that will move through late in the afternoon so highs will be slightly cooler, in the mid 80s.
Showers and thunderstorms are expected overnight as a reinforcing cold front sweeps through. Wednesday morning dawns with most of the activity to our east. We'll see temperatures in the low 40s before only warming to around 60.
Overnight temperatures will drop into the upper 30s before we warming into the mid 60s Thursday afternoon.
Our warming trend continues into the end of the week and beyond with highs Friday in the mid 70s. 80s are back by Saturday and Sunday.
