Mark Rowlett: Showers and cooler air
We are tracking an upper level disturbance moving into our region Thursday night. It should bring light rain showers or our area. This system should be east of us by early afternoon Friday. Enjoy some sunshine Friday afternoon.
Yet another cold front is forecast to move into our region Friday night. It should bring back some clouds, but no precipitation is expected. Clouds should move out during the day Saturday. Fair skies are expected for Saturday night into Tuesday.
Temperatures should stay above freezing Thursday night with lows in the upper 30s Friday morning. A brief warmup is expected for Friday afternoon with highs in the middle 50s.
Colder air should move back in Friday night. Low temperatures Saturday morning should be around freezing again. High temperatures Saturday are forecast to only reach the upper 40s. Another cold night for Saturday night with lows in the upper 20s.
Sunny skies Sunday should help warm temperatures into the middle 50s Sunday afternoon. High temperatures Monday and Tuesday should be in the lower 60s.
