ABILENE, Texas -

We are tracking a slow-moving cold front that is forecast to near the Texas / Oklahoma border late Wednesday.  Scattered showers and thunderstorms are forecast to develop on this front and move south.

Widely scattered thundershowers could drift into our counties - mainly north of I-20 Wednesday and Thursday afternoons.

An upper level disturbance is expected to move into our region Friday.  This should bring better chances of showers and thunderstorm to our area for Friday and possibly Saturday.

Temperatures will remain very warm into Friday.  Look for highs in the upper 90s Wednesday and Thursday.  Lower to middle 90s are expected for Friday.
