Showers and storms will be possible again today.
Scattered thundershowers will move across the area during the morning but with abundant moisture and warmer afternoon temps, storms will likely develop.
Highs this afternoon will warm into the mid 80s under cloudy skies. Overnight, the showers will dissipate but the clouds continue. We'll cool to around 70 degrees.
Thursday we are looking at clouds and a few peaks of sun but with a few thundershowers scattered around the area especially in the afternoon hours. Temperatures will be moving back into the upper 80s to near 90.
A return to more summerlike conditions are expected for Friday as sunshine returns and the heat resumes. Temperatures appear headed for the lower to mid 90s.
Our forecast for the weekend ahead looks very seasonable. Mostly sunny skies both days and readings returning to the lower to mid 90s.
