The cooler temperatures are behind us now as we track a slow warm up into the weekend.
We're tracking high pressure returning to the region, keeping rain chances out of the forecast and hot temperatures in.
Friday we'll see plenty of sunshine with temperatures warming into the mid 90s. Winds will be breezy at times, coming in from the south at 10 to 20 mph. Overnight the clear skies stay with us with lows cooling into the low 70s by Saturday morning.
Through the weekend we'll see sunny skies with highs in the mid to upper 90s. Look for just a few clouds overnight as temps cool into the low 70s.
Heading into next week, we're tracking mostly cloudy skies Monday as moisture continues to filter in from the Gulf of Mexico. The clouds will make for some slightly cooler temps with highs in the low to mid 90s Monday afternoon.
The clouds will continue into the evening hours with lows in the low to mid 70s by Tuesday morning.
We'll keep partly cloudy skies in the forecast Tuesday but with a little bit more sun, we'll warm back into the mid 90s.
The weather pattern stays quiet and warm through the middle of next week with sunny skies and highs in the upper 90s Wednesday and Thursday.
