ABILENE, Texas -

We are tracking south winds that should stay into Friday.  These winds will continue to bring warmer and higher moisture content air into our region.  This will mainly impact our nighttime temperatures.

Look for lows near 60 Tuesday morning.  Low temperatures Wednesday through Friday mornings should be in the upper 60s - about 10 degrees above normal.

Fair skies are forecast for Tuesday, but mostly cloudy skies are expected for Wednesday.  Partly cloudy skies should be found Thursday and Friday.

We are tracking a cold front that is forecast to move into our region Friday night.  Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will be possible Friday night and early Saturday morning.

Temperatures should be noticeably cooler for the weekend with highs in the 70s Saturday and Sunday.
