(The best times to call are between 9am-11am, between 2pm-4pm, and between 8pm-9:30pm on weekdays or before 9pm on the weekends.) We usually need the following information:

• Desired date and time of talk
• Location
• Number in the group
• Age(s) or grade(s) of students, or a description of the audience
• Desired topic, if any

It's been our experience that groups smaller than 15-20 people are best. Larger groups will usually be split into smaller groups with groups touring simultaneously.
