Roger selects "interesting, beautiful, educational, and/or unusual radar, satellite, or analytical imagery dealing with any weather subject." He also includes some analysis of what's in the image, complete with references.

The Cooperative Institute for Meteorological Satellite Studies keeps a gallery of nifty satellite images.
