Ingredients:
- 3 Corn tortillas
- 6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
- 12 oz. White meat chicken
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Mix chicken with garlic, salt a pepper
Put 2 oz. of Monterey Jack cheese per corn
tortilla
Put tortilla on the grill until cheese melts
Add 4 oz. of white meat chicken per corn
tortilla
Fold corn tortilla in half
Grill Corn Tortillas until golden brown
