Espresso Shake
Ingredients:
Make
a double espresso (if you don’t have an espresso machine, make
extra strong coffee).
Put
4 racquetball sized scoops of ice cream in a stainless shake
mixing cup (or blender container).
Add
the espresso (or 1/3 cup coffee) to the ice cream and blend
until smooth.
Preparation
Serve
in a 16 oz. mug
