Brick Oven Pizza
The Portabella Pizza

(Make in a 10" pan)

Ingredients:

      • 1 1/2 oz. olive oil
      • 1 1/2 Tspn Pesto Sauce
      • 1 1/2 oz. Feta Cheese
      • .75 oz. Sun dried Tomatoes
      • 3 oz. cheese
      • 1 oz. Artichoke Hearts
      • 1 oz. Portabella mushrooms
      • A sprinkle of Parmesan Roman




Preparation
Ingredients can be used on a pre-made crust (such as Boboli) ...or your homemade.
Bake till golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Enjoy.
