2ea pie crusts 6c. apples 2Tbsp. lime juice ¾ c. sugar ¼ c. flour ½ tsp. cinnamon ¼ tsp salt 2Tbsp. Butter (Melted)
• Slice apples thin, toss with lime juice. • Toss together sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and butter. Add to apples.
**** Brush pies lightly with egg wash prior to baking.
Topping ¼ c. butter ½ c. brown sugar 2 Tbsp. heavy cream ½ c. chopped pecans |
