Deutschlander catfish

 

      • 5 Cups Cracker Meal
      • 1 Cup Cornmeal
      • Add:
      • 1 Tbsp. Pepper
      • 1 Tbsp Salt
      • 2  lbs. Cut Catfish fillets

Mix well...add fish and cover lightly.  Fry at 350 until it floats or is a golden color on the outside.
