Lowfat Grilled Tuna
Ingredients:
2 six ounce tuna
steaks
4 oz. white wine
2 oz. extra virgin
olive oil
salt to taste (I
prefer Kosher for grilling)
Pepper to taste
Garlic powder to
taste
1 Tsp. rosemary
Preparation
In a
medium bag (or covered dish) combine the wine, oil, salt, pepper, garlic
and rosemary.
Stir
well then place your tuna steaks in the marinade for 30 minutes to
an hour.
Tuna
is very easy to break apart. Be cautious handling the fish.
Place
on a grill at medium high heat.
For
medium-well, plan on about 5 minutes per side.
