  • 1 ½ cups brown sugar
  • ¾ tablespoon sea salt
  • 2 ½ tablespoons baking soda
  • 3 ½ tablespoons baking powder
  • 3 ¼ tablespoons vanilla
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 ¼ pounds of butter
  • 3 pounds of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • cook in a 375 degree preheated oven for 12-14 minutes

Meatball Sandwiches

Sauce for Meatball Grinder

1 large can of tomato sauce

2 large can of crushed tomatoes

1 ¼ cups of sugar

2 tablespoons black pepper

2 tablespoons sea salt

2 ½ tablespoons crushed garlic

2 tablespoons garlic salt with parsley

2 tablespoons basil (dry/crushed)

1 ½ tablespoons oregano

1 cup olive oil (use light or virgin)

2 ¾ cups parmesan cheese

2 bay leaves

Mix all ingredients together and stir. Simmer on low heat for about two – three hours, stirring every 15-20 minutes.

Meatballs

Use a lean ground beef and spice to taste. I like to use a little sea salt and black pepper works well. Make into meatballs, brown in a skillet for approx. 5 – 7 minutes then add directly to your sauce allowing the meatballs to simmer in the sauce for the entire 2-3 hours.

Mozzarella Cheese - I like to use the shredded Mozzarella.

Bread – I like to use a French type roll
