Chicken Fried Steak & Gravy

(For 4)
4 Tenderized 4 oz. Chuck Beef Steaks
1 Qt. Buttermilk
2 Eggs
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Whisk ingredients together
Dip steak in mixture. Then dip into all purpose flour (repeat breading process)
Pan fry in vegetable oil over medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side (until golden brown)
Country Cream Gravy
Utilizing pan drippings in your skillet (using 3 Tbls. of reserved cooking oil from pan), stir in hot oil (2 Tbls. flour) lightly brown, stirring constantly.
Then add 16 oz. milk and cook until thickened.
Salt & pepper to taste
