Chicken Fried Steak

  • Eye of Round
  • Half Gallon of Buttermilk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 Cups of Flour
  • Salt & Pepper & Grlic

 

Tenderize the meat, dip in mixture of buttermilk, seasoning & egg mixture, dip in flour then fry at 350 for about 4 minutes.
