Spano's
Linguine with peas, broccoli, and Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 14 Jumbo Shrimp Peeled and Cleaned.
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Cups Fresh Broccoli Florets
  • 1/2 cup Peas
  • Salt - pepper
  • 2oz Prosciutto Ham sliced thin  

Preparation

In a skillet sauté garlic and oil until light brown. Add Shrimp and saute for 2 minutes or longer if shrimp is raw. Add Ham, continue to cook until ham starts to get crisp. Add Broccoli, peas, and sauté until desired texture. Add salt and pepper to taste and toss in pasta. Serve immediately.   This recipe serves 2. Try adding red pepper for a little kick!!!!
