Philly Cheese Steak
6oz finely chopped sirloin steak
2 oz green bell pepper cut 1/4 inch thick
2 oz yellow onion cut 1/4 inch thick
1/2 oz olive oil
1/2 tbs creole seasoning
2 oz Mozzarella Cheese
Heat flat top griddle to 350 degrees. Coat cooking area with olive oil. Place seasoned streak onto hot griddle. Add veggies. Chop veggies and meat together until well blended. Cook until steak and veggies hav ea nice sear. Add cheese, transfer to bread, and enjoy.
