Rafter H BBQ (Eastland)
Hundred Mile Ribs

Ingredients:

      • 8 parts brown sugar
      • 4 parts Chile powder
      • 3 parts paprika
      • 2 parts salt
      • 1 part black pepper
      • 1 part dry mustard

Preparation

Rub onto ribs and make sure to use lots of rub.

Sear meat on 295 degree fire until desired color is reached.

Wrap with tin foil and place on 200 degree fire for 3 - 4 hours.

GLAZE:

2 parts honey

2 parts lemon juice

1 part unsalted butter

Glaze ribs just before serving
