Spano's  
Salmon Saute w/ Penne Pasta

Ingredients:

      • 8 oz Fresh Salmon
      • TBS Butter
      • Garlic Clove
      • Olive Oil
      • 4oz Heavy Cream
      • Fresh Parsley
      • Red Pepper Flakes

 

Preparation

Cut salmon into cubes
Saute in Butter and Garlic until
slightly Pink in middle
Add heavy cream
cook until Thick but not like glue
add salt and Pepper and a dash of red pepper as well as fresh parsley and serve
