Spano's Italian Restaurant

Brie With Kalamata Olives and Grape Tomatoes and Basil

  • 8oz package of brie
  • 12 grape tomatoes
  • 8 kalamata olives
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tblsp olive oil Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 oz rigatoni pasta cooked

Saute garlic, tomatoes and olives in oil until blistering occurs. Chop Bries into bite size pieces and add to pan. mix until brie starts to melt. Add pasta and toss. salt and pepper to taste.
