Spano's

Penne With Walnuts, Pine Nuts, and Ricotta
 

1 tbls Chopped Walnuts

1 tbls Pine Nuts

2 tbls Ricotta Cheese

1 tbls Butter

salt- pepper

Preparation

Roast Nuts for 3-4 minutes in a hot skillet.

Add Butter and sauté.

Add Ricotta Cheese Salt and pepper and penne.

Toss and Serve.
