Roasted Butternut
Squash with Pancetta
Brush Squash with Olive Oil Salt & Pepper
Roast on 450 for 12 -15 min
1 shallot or 2 tbl spoons onion
Pancetta or any ham
Roasted butternut squash
Any pasta
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbl sage
Peel and slice squash
Brush with olive oil salt and Pepper. Roast
at 450 for 12 - 15 minutes
Sauté Shallot and ham in skillet until
shallot is translucent
Add butternut Squash salt pepper, and
sage.
Allow to cook for 2 minutes and add salt
and pepper
Add pasta and garnish with grated cheese.
