Grilled Salmon With Mango salsa, Risotto and balsamic Asparagus

Ingredients:

Mango Salsa
 
2 Jalapeno peppers
1 large Mango
Tbls spoon of white onion, purple, green any color.
Fresh lemon or lime juice
fresh Cilantro
Tbls spoon Olive oil
salt pepper to taste
 
Chop and mix above ingredients and serve cold on top of hot Salmon.

Preparation

Asparagus
 
Heat Skillet with oil add 2 cloves of garlic
trim bottom of asparagus add to pan and sauté for 2 minutes
 

When the asparagus starts to bend easily they are done

Add 1 tbls spoon of balsamic and sauté for 1 more minute for balsamic vinegar to sweeten.
