Linguini
with Crab and Ridicchio
Ingredients:
2 table spoons
olive oil
1 clove garlic
1tsp red pepper
salt pepper
to taste
1 shallot or
onion slice
Tlbs butter
8 oz crab meat
8 oz linguini
or any pasta
half cup dry
white wine
Preparation
Brown Garlic
and onion or shallot
Add Radicchio
and cook for 2 min
Add butter and
red pepper cook for 1 more minute
Add crab meat
salt and pepper simmer for 2 min until crab is cooked
Add white wine
and let thicken for a few min.
add pasta and
serve hot
