Spano's Restaurant

Southwestern Chicken and Penne Pasta

 

1 garlic clove
1 small shallot
1 tsp Tabasco
1 tblsp Worcestershire
1 tblsp white wine
1 tblsp olive oil
1 Roma Tomato
1 grilled Chicken breast or shrimp
small dash of capers
4 small mushrooms
8 0z penne Pasta
2 oz cream
 

Preparation

 

Serving for 1 person

 
Sauté Garlic and Shallot until soft.

Splash with white wine until it starts to reduce down.

Add Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire and allow to incorporate.

Add tomato and mushrooms and chicken and sauté until thick.

Add Cream and toss with hot pasta.

Serve immediately.
