Tortellini
Ingredients:
1 clove garlic
Slice of Prosutto
1/4 cup of peas (frozen)
7 oz. Tortellini
Alfredo Sauce
Preparation
Sauté garlic
in 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil until lightly brown
Add
Prosutto and peas, sauté together
Heat tortellini in boiling water until
it floats
Toss together and add Alfredo sauce
Mix and serve
